| Lou Pountin restaurant, is named after the old bridge placed in front of the door and next to the outdoor terrace; it has always been a meeting point for the Saorgiens and all those who love this wonderful village, perched on the hills sides, disseminate of olive trees dominating the Roya river, which draws a big bent at its feet. Nowadays the restaurant, totally renewed, takes the name of Osteria Lou Pountin to better underline its particular cuisine inspired from the near region of Liguria. Oil, olives and vegetables come in part from our lands and we give special attention to where the products come from, choosing preferably food that comes from organic cultivation. |
